We started this help desk because too many people felt forgotten after buying a life insurance policy. The agent who sold it disappeared. The carrier's 1-800 number puts you through endless menus. Family members are left guessing.

That's not how it should work. Life insurance is something you only think about a few times in your life — and when you do, you need someone friendly, patient, and honest on the other end of the line.

As independent agents, we don't work for one insurance company. We work with dozens of top-rated carriers, which means we're free to recommend what's actually best for you — not what pays us the most. Our team has years of experience helping families with every type of life insurance policy.

Is there a cost to call your help desk? +

No. Calls are free. As independent agents, we're paid by insurance carriers when we place new policies — never by you directly. Questions, reviews, and general guidance are free.

Can you help even if you didn't sell me my policy? +

Yes. We help people every day with policies written by other agents or other companies. You don't have to be our client to get our help.

How do I change the beneficiary on my policy? +

Call us and we'll explain how. Most carriers have a beneficiary change form you can request directly from them. We'll walk you through what to ask for and what to look out for.

I lost my policy documents. Can you help me find them? +

Often, yes. Even if you remember just the carrier or an old address, we can point you toward the right next steps. We can also help you search the national life insurance policy locator.

A loved one passed away. How do I file a claim? +

Our condolences. Call us when you're ready. We'll walk you through what to do, what documents you'll need, and how to contact the carrier to start the claim.

Should I replace my old policy? +

It depends. Some old policies are excellent — we'll tell you to keep them. Others may have better options available today. We'll do a free comparison and give you our honest take.

I'm in my 70s. Can I still get coverage? +

Often, yes. Many carriers we work with offer coverage up to age 85, and some go higher. Final expense policies often have simpler underwriting.

Do I need a medical exam? +

Not always. Many policies today — especially final expense and some term products — are available without one. We'll explain your options.

What's the difference between term, whole life, and IUL? +

Term is affordable coverage for a set period. Whole life is permanent coverage with guaranteed cash value growth. IUL is permanent coverage with flexible premiums and cash value tied to a market index. We'll explain it all in plain English on the phone.

Where are you licensed? +

Our team holds licenses in Indiana and additional states. Before writing any new coverage, we'll confirm the licensing in your state. For general questions, we're happy to talk with anyone.

My premiums went up. What do I do? +

Don't cancel anything yet. Call us. Some policies have built-in increases. Others may have alternatives. We'll review your situation before any decisions are made.

Can I get coverage with health issues? +

Often, yes. We work with carriers that specialize in coverage for people with diabetes, heart conditions, and other health issues. Guaranteed-issue policies are available too — no medical questions at all.

Are your agents based in the United States? +

Yes. Every call is answered by a US-based team member. No outsourced call centers.

How do I know I can trust you? +
